These measurements are based on the box having good insulation; 3-4″ for refrigerator boxes, 5-6″ for freezer boxes.

Copper tubing from plate is about 9 feet terminating with Frigoboat quick connect/disconnect fittings. Extensions available in 3′, 6′, and 9′ lengths, available separately for suction and liquid sides.
