Frank de Heer18 August 2026Triton flew from Fort Lauderdale to Annapolis to attend for some warranty service issues. Andy stayed one and a half day on board and addressed them. He has great patience and was able to repair them. With his back-office staff in Florida he identified and fixed the problems. He is a professional, friendly and knowledgeable person! Before Andy came over we dealt with mr Omar Noureddin from the Triton main office and he dealt with the Frigomar team in Italy to prepare for the trip! Chris Parry9 August 2026I am a returning customer to Titan Air. I called on Friday and was booked for the following Tuesday. Tony Apontes arrived on time diagnosed the issue quickly and took out the compressor unit back to workshop to strip and find leak. That’s not so easy on old boat! Unit back on wednesday, braised, tested overnight . Gassed up and commissioned on Thursday. All along Tony kept me in the loop regarding the work ( with photos) and time required. Titan marine air is a cheat. They sold me a defective unit as a new unit to begin with and charged me $7000. I shipped my unit back they repaired it, Charge went over $700 in labor and shipping fees. They sent a technician out. He finally repaired it and charged me $2500 repair. Tight marine air are very dishonest people and I would not deal with them ever again.Posted on Google

Special thanks to Yerandy who completed the installation very professionally, and in a tight schedule, sourced parts and found professional solutions to problems rapidly. He took the initiative to point things out to me about my A/C system that I was not aware of, and he explained things to me, rather than just get to work and get out. It is hard to find good tradesmen in any market these days, and it is especially hard in South Florida. Frank not only is skilled, but personable. Titan's owners are very fortunate to have him. Titan is NO ONE's idea of inexpensive, but they show up and do the job. I have used lower-priced A/C technicians in the past, only to be frustrated by missed appointments, calls that not only are not answered but not returned, and all the rest that we take for granted around here. From the start, Michelle in the office was excellent. I reached out on Tuesday, and she managed to fit us in by Friday, keeping me updated on the schedule the entire time. The technicians, Yerandy and Hugo, went above and beyond. Not only did they perform the maintenance, but they also: - Upgraded our system so we can perform this routine operation ourselves in the future. - Identified and rectified plumbing mistakes from the original installation after consulting the manufacturer’s drawings. - Worked with extreme care, keeping the workspace spotless. - Stayed after hours to ensure everything was perfect so we could depart on schedule. It was a complex job and it required a very skilled workforce to complete it to a high standard. This was almost certainly what was achieved and we are very pleased with what we now have.
