"I wanted to compliment one of your workers Fransisco for an outstanding effort last week to get our Schenker Watermaker working again. I called at short notice after sailing into Fort Lauderdale. Original plan was to travel back to Australia by plane. But within a few days realised that was not possible. So we needed to get back out of the USA and back to the Bahamas for our safety and isolation.
It was a difficult week to say the less due to the virus effects. But Fransisco understood the urgency of our departure before the Bahamas shut down its borders. At 8.30pm or so last Friday night I received a call he had fixed the troublesome unit. We sailed off early the next day. He definitely went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. I would like the company to know this. We very much appreciated his help. A big thanks !!!”
